Meeting to take place on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 7 p.m.

Items to be discussed (not definitive):

• Shop Managers - With Janina no longer able to open the shop regularly, and Gary taking a step back from us because of personality clashes with other volunteers, we need to establish who our key-holding shop managers will be for the next few weeks. Who will open and close the shop on Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday?
• Front Desk Paperwork - We need to get our front desk paperwork sorted out and simplified (Arthur and others have gone a long way in setting up our paperwork - but everyone needs to know what we’re doing).
• Donated Bike Workflow - We need to establish something of a workflow for used bicycles that have been donated to the shop on the first Wednesday of every month.
• Personal Connection to Other Volunteers - We need to take some time to learn more about each other personally, and to be willing to give one another the benefit of the doubt. This comes to off-the-cuff statements, and any ideas we may have about one another taking advantage of the spare parts and free bike frames we are up to our eyeballs in at the beginning of each month.
• Floorplan and Shop Layout - General discussion of floor plan i.e. what kind if any of additional file cabinets, parts bins, desks, tables we could use in our “ultimate layout”. J. Harvey runs across additional free file cabinets, etc. It would be useful to know in advance what we think we need instead of asking around every time something becomes available.
• Shop Banner - Steve I. brought up a good idea at the last meeting (in October). He suggested making a large banner to cover our tool wall during parties and events. We are going to be in a parade this Sunday, and we could really use a banner. We have a little bit of extra cash this month (we didn’t get ripped off this month!) - should we us it to create a banner?
• Tool Acquisition - We made a list of tools and supplies our shop needs last month, and now we have a little bit of money to spend. Should we give Linda and Steve I. the money they need to fill our shelves with tubes and other supplies?
