Projector Purchase
Group authorized Veronica up to $200 to purchase a projector. Also need a DVD player that can stay at the Oven. Group authorized Chicken Leather $60 for the DVD player. (note: DVDRHelp to ID which ones will play burned discs)
CSU Bike Donation
CSU is asking for 3 bikes to facilitate their mission. They will send a volunteer to the Bike Oven to partner with Oven volunteers to work on the bikes. Joseph will initiate contact; builders include Harv, Chicken Leather, Jared, Angel
- Getting around the neighborhood – front loading basked, fenders, lights to go around 3-4 mile radius.
- Cargo bike to transport produce (trailer?) with capacity to fill as program grows.
- Community Events Bike with bike-powered Smoothie Machine
Financial Plan
Some discussion around how to legitimize Bike Oven – Business Status/Non-Profit – More discussion to follow. Group agreed to start building $10K reserve. Harv will serve as Finance committee to reach goal.
Front Desk Handover
Art will be reducing his hours at the Bike Oven and transitioning some administrative responsibilities to new volunteers.

Round Table/Announcements
A Bike Summit hosted by Occidental College will be taking place at LA Trade Tech on 3/7. J Harv and Veronica will participate in wrenching panel to discuss working on bikes in a collective.
Group agreed to start a Bike Action Committee (name TBD) on 3rd Sundays of the month – first meeting will be at closing time on 2/23.
Correction: My Disk Brake class is to be Wednesday, February 25th, not the 11th as reported above.
