KPCC wants to know.
As part of American Public Media’s Public Insight Network, local public radio station KPCC is looking for personal stories of how bicycles are changing your economic life. Whether it’s going car-free, saving gas, or canceling the gym membership, KPCC is looking for personal stories for material in their stories and to drive their reporting.

Please give them feedback even if you don’t think you have anything vital to add. Just the volume of responses will tell KPCC that bicycling issues are important and should be reported on. I encourage you to use the comments section on their form to not just tell your personal story, but also comment on how local policy issues impact you directly.
I thought i would quit it, that the masterplan was getting through, that the city was listening, that the lacbc was getting into gear but all has failed and the road is long and harsh but do able. Come and bring your bike strategies together concerning the bike plan and the future of bikes in LA. There is alot of ideas and we have to get them together in place that is feasable, meaning not cyberspace, a space were physicality happens. I make a big pot of oh so good pasta and salad and ice tea and we discuss and get our plans made for implementation. The future is bright. SPOKEN ART RIDE MEET AT FLAGPOLE AT YORK AND FIGUEROA AT 6:30 TO 7PM WHERE WE WILL TAKE YOU ON A TOUR THROUGH 5 OR SO ART GALLERIES IN HIGHLAND PARK. THEE BEST ART GALLERIES IN THE CITY. I’VE BEEN TO ALL OF THEM.

THEN BACK TO THE OVEN AT 10ISH FOR THE MONSTER WITH BIKES RECEPTION AND PARTE’ KIDDIE BIKE RACES AND BURNING PINATAS AND THE USUAL MAYHEM. YOU COULD MEET US AT THE OVEN OR GO TO THE SPOKEN ART PAGE AND GRAB JOSEFS NUMBER TO CATCH UP WITH THE RIDE.
We’re drowning in bikes and it’s time to put things in order. We will need to resume enforcing our policy of no personal or project bikes being left at the shop. Please come and claim your bike or make arrangements if you have anything at the shop. Anything left after Thursday, June 10th will be placed into the Oven’s stock .

sunday june 7 8pm. dollar beer. we just got a new screen it is gigantic, we reeally dont know where to put it but it will be al good. some kind of food. If you guys want bring stuff to bbq at 7ish and we’ll barbeque. chcken leather will show his wares but not choppercabras so dont ask. we cant show choppercabras at such a short notice.
