I am however, a bicycle commuter and have made a few forays into the bicycle kitchen as of late. I live in So. Pas. and I would be willing to assist in any way possible. I work during the week, but do have some flexibility with my hours at times. Also, I have a car (for the next few weeks at least) and would be up to using it to assist. Thanx to Liz & Shay over at CICLE, Hathaway is now ready to receive them. We have to fix & test all 18 before they go to them. We have to figure out how to transport them to the Oven, then to Hathaway. I had thought that this would be a GREAT photo op and PR press opportunity for the Oven. The biggest hurdle is that Hathaway is basically closed on week ends. They have a ton of kids around after school 3:30-5pm, so if we want to get any kind of media, kids receiving the bikes, handshaking, blah blah blah.... we have to make it work during the week.... the problem is who can do anything during the weekdays around 3:30-5 pm????
