What did we like, what worked, what didn't. Who said they were going to do what, & didn't! Why didn't blah blah show up, what are we going to do about it. Who are are these people? How to share that experience with everyone, kind'a like a daily progress report. Also that will help control the gossip, in fighting and back biting crap that could occur. That shit is poison. Open and objective discussions will make us better. "The only problems that get solved are those that are acknowledged and recognized." (I said that) Everyone wants to help people work on their bikes, that's the fun part. But we need to also be willing to take out the trash, clean up the crap and plan the next step. The social nature of the Bike Oven is currently the most successful part of it. Maybe we should just be a club, music, good times, party and then work on a few bikes.
