Yup - we’re doin’ once again. It’s meeting night, and anyone interested in how the Oven is run is welcome to come down and help us figure out how to best take care of stuff.
Last month we had a few hanging questions in the air, hopefully we’ll have some idea on how to proceed.
Big on the agenda: to cut spokes or buy new ones, our new tool board, and whether Dingo’s liver will ever forgive us for relaxing our rules when he’s here.
Bike-In Movie Night @ The Bike Oven
This Sunday August 3rd at 8pm: MIRACLE MILE
Sunday night at the Bike Oven Veronica and I will be doing our fundraising movie night.
This month we’re showing 1989’s MIRACLE MILE, starring Anthony Edwards. It’s a crazy rollercoaster thriller/suspense/end of the world love story about a guy who picks up a payphone and finds out that a nuclear bomb is heading to the US.
Doors open at 7pm
Movie starts at 8pm
Door is $3, cheap hot dogs and beer too. And maybe Veronica will make something amazing too.

I’m writing this post in July - so I don’t know what is going to be on the agenda. We’ll be getting together to discuss shop business, upcoming events, and any hare brained scheme anyone wants to throw out there (i.e. “Using bikes for transportation” - what a joke!).
The meeting takes place during our shop hours from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
