Anyone Know Framebuilders?

So, as usual, building up a new bike is way more expensive than expected. And I need a few bits tacked onto my frame. A fork that I have needs cantilever bosses brazed on, and if possible, downtube shifter bosses on the frame. I know that Matt and Leticia have both built frames before, so if either of you know how, I'd come to you guys first.
I'm definitely willing to pay for the work. I can also order the parts from Henry James and go pick them up myself, since he's located in Redondo.
If you guys know anyone else who can do this, I'd love to know about them. I want to finish this bike!! It's taking forever!!

P.S. I'd rather go with a referral from someone that I know than jab a finger at a list of framebuilders online.
