Bike Oven

Feel free to add your own but a few items I have for the agenda:

1) Bicycle Kitchen policies on :
a) training new mechanic volunteers
b) recruiting retaining volunteers
c) daily staffing
d) Waiting list

Talked with one of the "'Lead Cooks" over at the Kitchen and will fill our group in on how the Kitchen handles these items over there - just for comparision - we can take/leave what ever we want.............

2) Bike theft recovery - happy ending this time - we got a guy's bike back that we sold about one week ago and was stolen our of his yard. Questions as to
a) would we do it again? risks vs rewards......
b) what if thief comes back with another bike....
c) LAPD input
