NELA Holiday Parade on December 4, 2011

I am filing out the forms for the NELA Holiday Parade taking place on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at 1p.m. We need some plans for the parade!
I have a pedicab, an Xtracycle, and my bucket bike to pitch into the effort, but what else should we do?
The theme is "Fantasy on FIgueroa" and I named our entry "Figueroa For All - A Wheely Good Future". A classy touch, I think.
